BAR Director Nicomedes P. Eleazar said the theme of the forum is ‘Teknolohiya Tungo sa Masaganang Agrikultura, Pangisdaan, at Industriya”. The activity will be held at DA-BAR Research and Development Management and Information Center (RDMIC) in Elliptical Road Diliman, Quezon City.
