VIRGIN COCO OIL, HYDROPHONICS SEMINARS SET THIS SATURDAY

Two livelihood seminars will be held this Saturday, October 23, at the AANI Seminar Center at the FTI Complex, Taguig, Metro Manila.

A seminar on the prospects of virgin coconut oil will be conducted in the morning, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, by Ramon Tan of Carica Herbal Products.

In the afternoon, from 1 to 5 o'clock, Pedro Bersamin and Rodolfo Salcedo will conduct a seminar on growing high-value vegetables in hydroponics.

On October 30, Bobby Inocencio will conduct a seminar on how to raise Sasso chickens in the morning while Dr. Mariano Blanca will hold a seminar on swine production in the afternoon.

On November 6, Ike Macadangdang will discuss lapu-lapu culture in floating cages in the morning while Olivia Damasco of Los Baños will conduct a seminar on tissue-cultured lakatan banana production. On November 13, Pol Rubia will conduct a seminar on crab culture while Antonio S. Rola will conduct a whole day seminar on mango production on November 20. On Nov. 27, Bert Madlangbayan will hold a seminar on hito culture.
